Yes. You can import clients and parents from a CSV file, and StatBuddi creates their accounts for you.
No. The client portal runs in any web browser on phone, tablet or desktop.
Yes, on plans with custom branding (Elite Trainer, Gym Pro and Gym Elite). Your logo and brand colors appear in the client portal and on your sign-up pages.
Clients choose a session type and date in their portal and pick from the open times in your availability. StatBuddi checks capacity and conflicts automatically.
Yes. Booking rules let you set a minimum notice period, how far in advance clients can book and a cancellation cutoff, and whether clients can reschedule.
Yes. Clients receive a booking confirmation email and a reminder about 24 hours before their session. Trainers can also get a daily digest of their schedule.
Yes. Each session type has a capacity, so group classes and semi-private sessions fill up to the limit you set.
Yes. Add additional staff to a session type for team-taught sessions. Each trainer keeps their own availability.
Clients buy credit bundles, or a custom amount, through Stripe Checkout. Each booking deducts the session’s credit cost.
When a booking is cancelled within your rules, the credits are returned to the client’s balance automatically.
No. StatBuddi doesn’t add transaction fees. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to card payments.
Yes. Staff can add credits manually with the amount paid and a reason, and every adjustment is logged.
A parent account holds child profiles up to the limit you set. Parents switch between children to book sessions, view schedules and follow progress.
No. Child profiles are managed from the parent’s login.
Yes. When a child books, their own credits are used first and the parent’s balance covers the rest.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
